The Human Practice Foundation (HPF), founded in 2014 by Former Corporate Lawyer, Pernille Kruse Madsen, focuses on uplifting impoverished communities, starting with education.
HPF's unique Child Empowerment Model centers on a child's agency, aiming to eliminate obstacles hindering their future choices. This includes providing conducive learning environments within well-equipped school buildings, combating poverty, and ensuring access to quality education.
HPF supports 44,000 children and >110 public schools across 8 districts in Nepal and Kenya through local organizations, employing ~70 people. The foundation's implementation approach involves collaborative learning, and adapting with students, teachers, governments, etc.
100% of donor funding goes directly to projects, as Founding Partners cover administrative costs.
